Shipping

Honkong Zhimeng Limited ships products to addresses you provide during checkout. Honkong Zhimeng Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond the control of Honkong Zhimeng Limited. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a product is returned to Honkong Zhimeng Limited due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.

Returns and Refunds

Honkong Zhimeng Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any product purchased from bebvbottoms.com within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. You must initiate the return by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Honkong Zhimeng Limited will provide instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.

Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins after Honkong Zhimeng Limited receives and inspects the returned product. Honkong Zhimeng Limited will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If your return is approved, Honkong Zhimeng Limited will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to an error by Honkong Zhimeng Limited.

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Honkong Zhimeng Limited has no control over the time it takes for PayPal to process and post a refund to your account. You agree that Honkong Zhimeng Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the damaged or defective item and a description of the issue. If you do not submit a claim within 7 days of receipt, Honkong Zhimeng Limited will not accept your claim. For approved claims, Honkong Zhimeng Limited will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at the discretion of Honkong Zhimeng Limited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

All content on bebvbottoms.com—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Honkong Zhimeng Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
