This Shipping & Returns document applies to all clothing orders placed through bebvbottoms.com. Honkong Zhimeng Limited provides shipping and return services under the conditions stated in this document. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these conditions. This document must be read together with the Terms of Service. If any conflict exists, the Terms of Service control.

Shipping Policy

Honkong Zhimeng Limited ships clothing orders to the destinations made available at checkout. Available destinations, shipping services, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error by Honkong Zhimeng Limited or by a damaged or defective item confirmed under this document.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. This 7-day claim period matches the Terms of Service. Honkong Zhimeng Limited may reject non-returnable items and return them to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Exchanges

Honkong Zhimeng Limited does not guarantee exchanges. The buyer may request a refund under the strict 14-day no-reason refund policy and place a new order for a different item. Availability, pricing, and shipping charges for a new order are determined at the time of the new order.
